Child and Family Health Services
The Barwon Health North Child and Family Health Services team provide developmental assessment, support and therapy for children not yet attending primary school in the Northern Suburbs of Geelong residing in postcodes 3212, 3213, 3214, 3215. We support families to meet their needs and we collaborate with other providers and agencies in the area.
The Child and Family Health Services team consists of paediatricians, psychiatrists, audiologists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, dieticians and social workers. We follow best practice based on a family centred philosophy.
What do we offer?
The Child and Family Health Services team offers therapy for children with developmental concerns. We have clinics tailored to meet the child and family's needs.
How can I access this service?
By phone: Families can self-refer by phoning 4215 8000 and speaking with one of our friendly staff.
Please note: To see a paediatrician or psychiatrist, doctor/GP referral is required.

- This is a child development service, medical referrals (such as for allergy and asthma) for paediatricians are not accepted.
